Innovia is ISO 13485 certified and has an ISO Class 8 clean room with ISO Class 5 work areas as well as state of the art manufacturing facilities. Among others, our capabilities include injection molding, compression molding, extruding, pelletizing, and CNC lathing. We are staffed with dedicated manufacturing personnel that can turn product around faster than most companies. Further, with Ph.D. chemists on staff, we are able to synthesize custom polymers for those in need. Please contact us with any interest.

Design

Our predominant expertise rests in the ability to design medical devices to achieve specified clinical outcomes, and we have leveraged this capability for many clients, from cardiovascular to orthopedics. Please inquire with any potential design issues and we'll be happy to help.

R&D

Our R&D drives our business. We utilize this knowledge to design and implement successful R&D programs for our clients as well. We'll even drive the product through clinical trials if necessary.
